Dirt Road Pretty Clothing will ship to virtually any address in the world.  Should you have an issue placing your order from out of country or for any other reason we ask that you contact us.  Please note that there are restrictions on some products in specific regions; those products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 Tracking the progress of your order is easy.  Every online order is fulfilled using ShipStation which offers a variety of carriers to provide you with the best service to your specific location (yes, we can ship to PO boxes).  You will be able to effortlessly check the status of your shipment at anytime.  Orders placed online are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.

Something not quite right?  No problem!  You may return or exchange any new, unopened products (original tags intact) by contacting us within 14 days of order delivery for a merchandise credit.  This credit shall be valid for use on our online store www.dirtroadprettyclothing.com or at our Dirt Road Pretty Clothing storefront in Stettler, Alberta.  We will also pay the return shipping costs should the return be a result of our own error.

Hang on.  You will require an RA (return authorization number) before sending back your item(s).  Your credit shall be issued (or your exchange fulfilled) once the product has successfully been returned to us as described.
